When you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use active products such as vitamin A or vitamin C. This means that you should not use our Grade Up Retinol 0.3%+ or C Loves E+.
We are currently unable to send any product samples, but in the near future we will have sachets on selected boosters that you are welcome to test. If you live near Åhléns City in Stockholm, our products can be tested there.
If you are unsure of which products to choose, we are happy to help you with a recommendation of which products you can start testing. Please use our Beauty Tech Advisor or contact our customer service at info@swissclinic.com.
Yes, if you would like to use them all at once, you can do so. But we can't predict how effective it will be. Instead we recommend that you choose one or more booster according to your needs, what you want to achieve for results, what season it is in the year and whether you should use it as a day cream or night cream. If you are unsure of how to do it anyway, then just write to our customer service and we will help you.
Note! We don’t recommend mixing Grade Up Retinol 0.3%+ with any other acids.
We recommend that you use your regular cleanser, if you have one that you already use.
Feel free to try our Micellar Cleansing Gel which has a unique and effective all-in-one formula that easily removes all types of makeup and impurities without compromising the skin's moisture balance.
Yes, you can mix and match your existing products and other favorites. We can't promise that it won’t clash. We have mixed all our own The Base+ boosters with our own base cream The Base+, and we know that works perfectly. But we have not been able to try mixing boosters with other brands day and / or night creams. If you want to use our boosters as just boosters and not mix them with our base cream, it works perfectly. It is like any other skincare product that you add to your skincare routine.
The effect of hyaluronic acid is not on the % - it is more about what type of hyaluronic acid is included and what these do - we have included a mix in Hyaluronic Filler+ to get as broad a function as possible. We are at a total of 0.9% Hyaluronic acid in Hyaluronic Filler+. Based on two different types: Sodium Hyaluronate and Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid.
Sodium Hyaluronic Acid has a higher molecular weight and then provides the following function: moisturizing, emollient and prevents dry skin.
Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid has a very low molecular weight and is thus more active in the skin:adds hyaluronic acid to the skin and rejuvenates the skin. One of its main functions is to bind water in the connective tissue of those skin. The water-binding ability helps to keep the skin elastic.
We recommend that you try our Beauty Tech Advisor. It will tell you exactly what is best for you - by analyzing the answers to the questions and by scanning your skin. If you want to try adding a booster to your skincare routine but are unsure which one may be right for you, then we recommend you start with a mild product that suits most skin types.
Our booster Hyaluronic Filler+ is pure hyaluronic acid which works for all skin types. Our Oh Mega Oil 8+ is also a product that is perfect for the beginner, because it's gentle and wonderful on the skin. It's perfect to use and boost the skin a couple of times a week. Hope you find your new favorites!
