Does it cost me anything if I want to return the products?

Not at all! The pick up is already paid for.  (If you refuse the return pick up at the agreed date, we have the right to charge you for the return service cost.)

When will I get my refund?

When the return has been received and everything is in accordance with our agreement, we'll send a confirmation via email. Depending on which bank you have, the transaction may take anywhere between 3 and 14 business days.

Do you contact the payment provider or do I have to?

We have direct access to the providers system and the payments made by our customers. You can just sit back and relax. Let us do the work.
