The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as was used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with us. In any event, the refund will not entail any additional cost for you.

In instances where a refund is necessary, this is carried out primarily by refunding the card/bank account or by depositing the money into a specified bank account. The refund is made within days of the matter, which resulted in the refund, being concluded.

When purchasing a Swiss Clinic home treatment on our website, a result guarantee is included on selected products. The guarantee can be used if the product does not give any results at all, even though our instructions and recommendations have been followed carefully. This can then lead to compensation that corresponds to the value of the product. Decisions on the form and size of the compensation are made after discussions between the customer and Swiss Clinic.
