By agreeing to these Terms and Condition, a contract has been entered into between the company and the customer. For each order that is received an automated order confirmation is sent out via email.
Always contact our customer service before you return an item. Do not forget to state your customer number or invoice number. At Swiss Clinic, customers always have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The right to cancellation applies provided the product and its packaging are intact, i.e. not damaged or opened. The customer is liable for the return postage costs. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (but excluding extra delivery costs incurred as a result of you choosing another delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as was used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with us. In any event, the refund will not entail any additional cost for you.
You can pay with a credit card using Klarna's invoicing service. When making payments with Klarna, You must state Your personal identification number. This personal data will not be submitted to Swiss Clinic, but will be sent directly to Klarna.

In instances where a refund is necessary, this is carried out primarily by refunding the card/bank account or by depositing the money into a specified bank account. The refund is made within days of the matter, which resulted in the refund, being concluded.
When you accept our terms and conditions you consent to your purchasing data as well as your contact information being used by Swiss Clinic AB. Your address is obviously necessary for us in order to contact you and deliver your goods. As a customer you are obliged to ensure that the delivery address you have specified is correct. The data is stored and used for information and marketing purposes. Naturally, you have the opportunity, at any time, to notify us in writing of the fact that you object to the use of your personal data for marketing purposes. We treat your personal data with the utmost care and guarantee that your customer data is only used by Swiss Clinic AB.
Deliveries within the UK are sent from our 3PL warehouse in Blackpool, Great Britain. When the package leaves the warehouse, we email the recipient a delivery confirmation, which also contains a tracking number

Always make sure to specify the correct address when ordering goods to avoid delayed delivery. Some products will be delivered to a delivery point near your chosen delivery address. You will receive a text message or a letter notifying you that the goods have arrived and are ready to be collected at the Post Office or authorised postal representative.
If a delay should occur, we will notify you immediately about the reason for the delay and provide you with a new delivery date. As a customer you have the right to cancel the purchase without any additional charge.
We do not accept orders from anyone under 18 years of age.
Unless otherwise stated, the code is valid for 1 month. During price campaigns, Swiss Clinic can hide the discount code field, which means that discount codes cannot be used.
The code can only be used when the discount code field is visible at checkout again. If the code's expiration date passes before that, it is not possible for the customer to use the discount code.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
When purchasing a Swiss Clinic home treatment on our website, a result guarantee is included on selected products. The guarantee can be used if the product does not give any results at all, even though our instructions and recommendations have been followed carefully. This can then lead to a compensation that corresponds to the value of the product. Decisions on the form and size of the compensation are decided after discussions between the customer and Swiss Clinic.
Swiss Clinic reserves the right to refuse compensation if the customer has not complied with the guarantee's terms and conditions.
The guarantee can only be used on products that the customer has used for the first time, i.e. a first-time purchase. The guarantee is not valid when buying our products from a reseller. The results guarantee can only be used if you have completed your purchase on our website.

Contact us immediately if you discover damage to packaging upon delivery.
We always recommend that you check that all the information you provide is correct before placing your order. We always report all fraudulent activity and orders to the police and our online payment provider.
As our products may be affected by unfavourable storage conditions (e.g. high temperatures), please contact customer service immediately, if for any reason, you want to return an item. If you do not contact customer service before the product is returned, a handling fee may be charged.
Goods should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The right to cancellation is deemed to be valid if the goods are returned before this 14 day period expires.
If you received a defective or incorrect product we ask you to contact our customer service immediately at info@swissclinic.co.uk. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you may of course lodge a complaint to receive a new product. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions provided by us. If we undertake to redeliver or rectify the defect in relation to the complaint, any shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days of the date we receive the defective or incorrect goods. The return of goods and refunds shall be made without undue delay. As a consumer, you have a three year claim period with the exception of open-dating.
The complaints process is governed by the Consumer Purchases Act. To find out about the rules that apply under this law, go to www.gov.uk. Please note that an item is only deemed to be defective if there is a manufacturing defect. This does not include any variations in colour in relation to products.
You should always consult your doctor before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Teeth whitening products in general should not be used by people whose gums are in poor condition, or who have cavities. If you are unsure, we recommend that you contact your dentist before commencing the treatment. Swiss Clinic AB cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience resulting from the incorrect use of the products. It is important that you read the instructions for each product before use.
When you shop at Swiss Clinic and accept our terms and conditions, you enter into a distance contract. This also applies to subscription products. With distance contracts you have a 14 day right of cancellation. As a subscriber you have a 14 day right of cancellation of a subscription. These 14 days apply from the date of the original order of a subscription product.
